The Sig Sauer MPX Copperhead is an ultra-compact 9mm semi-auto pistol built around a monolithic Elite Series Cerakote® finished upper receiver paired with an integrated stock knuckle lower. The 3.5″ barrel features an integrated flash hider, and the pistol ships with Sig Sauer’s Pivoting Contour Brace (PCB)—a patented swivel-operated design that adapts to shooter arm movement for optimal placement and rapid deployment.
Sig Sauer engineered the MPX to operate from a fully-closed and locked rotating bolt, delivering enhanced reliability and safety. A short-stroke gas piston enables the MPX Copperhead to cycle all weights and brands of 9mm ammunition without gas valve adjustments. The platform is completely ambidextrous, featuring dual-sided selector switch, magazine release, charging handle, and bolt release for both left- and right-handed operators.
The MPX Copperhead measures 14.5″ in overall length, 8″ in height, and 2.4″ in width, with a 1:10 twist rate. A full-length Picatinny rail and M-Lok slots accommodate optics, weapon lights, and accessories of your choice. The single-stage trigger is polished and hard-coated, delivering a light, crisp break for accurate shot placement and rapid follow-ups. The SIG MPX redefines the submachine gun category with operator safety, in-field adaptability, and proven reliability in the harshest environments.
