The Sons of Liberty Gun Works East India 5.56X45 assembled upper features a 16″ barrel with a 1:7 twist rate, cold hammer forged from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium Steel and finished in black. The barrel is MPI HPT tested and incorporates a V2 profile for superior quality. The upper receiver is constructed from Mil-Spec 7075-T6 aluminum forgings with a Picatinny Rail and mid-length gas system.
The muzzle is threaded 1/2-28 for accessory compatibility. The barrel extension features a QPQ-coated M4 feed ramp extension for enhanced durability and reliability, while the barrel itself receives a QPQ corrosion-resistant coating. The gas block diameter measures 0.75 inches, with the gas port sized to optimize the gas system’s performance for reliable cycling and minimal recoil.
