Springfield Armory brings its heritage of precision firearms manufacturing to a new generation with the Model 2020 Waypoint, a premium American-made bolt action hunting rifle chambered in 6mm Creedmoor. The rifle features a custom painted Ridgeline carbon fiber stock engineered for lightweight handling without sacrificing strength. A 20″ fluted 416 stainless steel barrel finished in Desert Verde Cerakote H-256P delivers consistent accuracy downrange.
Built on a Model 2020 stainless steel receiver finished in Desert Verde Cerakote H-256P, the Waypoint rides on a fluted 4140 tool steel bolt with nitride coating. The hybrid profile carbon fiber M-Lok stock provides a solid platform, while the TriggerTech adjustable trigger breaks between 2.5 and 5 lbs. An SA radial brake in Desert Verde Cerakote H-256P manages recoil, and a Picatinny mount with Rem 700 SA pattern and 6-48 screws accepts standard optics.
