SureFire’s EDC1-DFT is a Dual Fuel, high-candela handheld flashlight engineered for long-distance illumination in a compact design. The concentrated beam delivers a peak intensity of 95,000 candela when powered by the included SF18350 rechargeable lithium-ion battery, or 55,000 candela from a single 123A primary battery. The tightly focused beam allows extended visibility into darkness while providing spill light to maintain situational awareness.
The flashlight is constructed from lightweight aerospace aluminum with Mil-Spec hard-anodized finish and O-ring sealing for environmental protection. Both the body and tailcap feature knurling to ensure a secure grip. A two-way clip enables both bezel-up and bezel-down carry options.
