This model (1081157) is designed for Remington 870, 1100, and 1187 shotguns in 12 gauge and features a 6-round capacity polymer shell carrier affixed to an aluminum mounting plate. Installation is straightforward—all necessary mounting screws are supplied, and no gunsmithing is required. Note that some field grade shotguns may require a modification to the shotgun’s forend. Shotguns equipped with the TacStar pistol grip forend do not require modification.
