The Trijicon MRO SD is a sealed, miniature reflex sight intended for use on rifles, carbines, and shotguns to provide fast target acquisition. The MRO SD features improved optical performance with a reengineered objective lens that delivers a refined, crisp 2.0 MOA center dot, optimized for seamless use with the optional MRO 3x Magnifier. Built for rapid and precise target engagement, the MRO SD offers infinite eye relief, ensuring quick sight acquisition from any shooting position. Its larger objective lens and compact optical length virtually eliminate the “tunnel vision” effect common in many red dot sights.
Featuring truly ambidextrous operation, the MRO SD offers eight precision-tuned brightness settings, including two night vision-compatible levels, five daylight settings, and an ultra-bright mode for high-glare environments or use with weapon lights. The MRO SD (Red) offers a 2.5-year battery life at setting three, powered by one CR2032 lithium battery. All Trijicon MRO models are designed for easy mounting and rapid zeroing, featuring half-minute adjustments with 70 MOA of total travel for adaptability across various platforms. No special tools are needed—windage and elevation adjustments can be made simply using a cartridge rim.
The MRO SD is equipped with upgraded windage and elevation adjusters for improved zero retention under direct impact and heavy recoil, ambidextrous brightness controls, and a fully sealed, waterproof, hard-anodized forged 7075-T6 housing. Capless design utilizing sub-flush adjusters eliminates lost caps, snag hazards and ensures against inadvertent adjustment or loss of zero. It will withstand extreme temperatures from minus-60 degrees to 160 degrees. It’s fully waterproof to 100 feet, and resistant to chemicals and corrosion.
