The Walther Arms PDP Compact 9mm features a 4-inch barrel with an optic-ready slide and black steel construction paired with a textured polymer grip. This 15-round capacity pistol measures 184 x 135 x 34 millimeters, making it perfectly proportioned for natural aiming and comfortable carrying while serving as an effective duty pistol that can also be carried concealed. Each PDP comes with an ambidextrous slide stop, reversible magazine release, and a polygonal barrel.
The SuperTerrain Slide Serrations offer a unique design for swift, hands-on engagement, while the Performance Duty Trigger shortens the length of travel and increases tactile definition of the trigger break. All PDP models come optics ready with a low-level mounting platform for best natural pointing, with the slide’s design optimally prepared for Red Dots that can be integrated almost smoothly. The PDP’s open sights feature a universal sight cut common across numerous pistol brands.
Walther’s innovative stepped chamber affords you more performance and dependability from any ammunition, with the stepped chamber producing higher muzzle energy and reducing fouling in the gun. A loaded chamber indicator on the extractor indicates whether a cartridge is in the chamber, and trigger safety, striker safety and disconnect safety add to even more user safety. The pistol includes two magazines, a magazine loader, backstraps in sizes S, M and L, and a mounting platform cover plate.
