Arms East Refund and Returns Policy

At Arms East, we take pride in offering high-quality products and excellent service to our customers across the United States, Canada, and internationally. Due to the nature of our products and regulatory requirements, all sales are subject to the following Refund and Returns Policy:
1. All Sales Are Final
- All sales are final once an order is placed and processed.
- Firearms, ammunition, defense articles, and export-controlled items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, except as required by law.
2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:
- You received an incorrect item (different from what was ordered).
- You received a defective product (manufacturing defect, not damage from use or handling).
- Your item was damaged in transit (visible shipping damage must be reported immediately upon receipt).
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- You must notify Arms East within 5 business days of receiving the item.
- The item must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Items not eligible for return include (but are not limited to):
- Firearms
- Ammunition
- Optics that have been mounted
- Magazines
- Export-controlled items (ITAR/EAR restricted goods)
- Clearance, special order, or custom-ordered products
3. Return Authorization (RMA) Process
- Contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product.
- Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Arms East made an error with the order.
- Arms East recommends using a trackable and insured shipping method.
4. Restocking Fees
- Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Special orders, export orders, and Canadian import items are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee if a return is approved at Arms East’s discretion.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of Arms East receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, brokerage fees, and taxes associated with return shipments.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
- If your order arrives visibly damaged, do not accept delivery if possible, or note the damage with the carrier upon receipt.
- Contact Arms East immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage.
- Claims for shipping damage or loss must be made within 5 business days of delivery.
7. Cancellations
- Orders for export-controlled items, firearms, or special order items cannot be canceled once submitted.
- Domestic U.S. accessory orders may be canceled prior to shipment if requested in writing and confirmed by Arms East. Cancellation is subject to a minimum 5% administrative fee.
- Canadian and international export orders are non-cancelable once submitted.
8. Canadian and International Customers
- Due to export/import regulations, all international and Canadian orders are final sale.
- No returns or refunds are permitted except for Arms East shipping errors or defective merchandise reported within 5 business days.
9. Warranty Support
- Many products sold by Arms East are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Arms East will assist customers in processing warranty claims where possible, but final warranty decisions rest with the product manufacturer.
