The Browning Maxus II Wicked Wing 12 Gauge Semi-Auto Shotgun builds on the proven design that made the original Maxus a field favorite, adding a suite of refinements to enhance both hunting and competition performance. The shotgun employs Power Drive, an efficient gas operation system designed to reduce recoil while maintaining reliable function across a wide spectrum of factory ammunition loads. The stock is more adjustable than previous generations, and the gun features a screw-on magazine cap, enhanced grip, and improved trigger guard geometry for better ergonomics and comfort during extended shooting sessions. Recoil management is addressed through multiple technologies: an Inflex Technology recoil pad works in concert with a SoftFlex cheek pad, while Browning’s Reactar G3 shoulder pad further enhances shooting comfort. Additional refinements include a Lightning trigger, nickel Teflon coating, chrome chamber and bore, TurnKey Magazine Plug, and back-bored technology.
