The Daniel Defense Micro Mount securely accommodates a variety of popular optics on flat-top upper receivers, including Aimpoint’s Micro R-1, H-1, H-2, T-1, and T-2, Vortex’s Sparc I & II, Primary Arms’ Micro Dot & Advanced Micro Dot, and Holosun Technologies HS403, or any other optic using the same mounting interface. The mount offers Absolute or Lower 1/3rd Co-Witness positioning with back-up iron sights, making it suitable for shooters seeking a lightweight yet robust optics mount.
Built from Aircraft Grade 6061-T6 Aluminum via precision CNC machining and finished with Military Specification Type III Hard Coat Anodizing, the mount includes a Lower 1/3rd spacer crafted from lightweight magnesium alloy. A recoil lug integrated into the design minimizes sheer forces on the factory mounting screws. The mount employs the Rock & Lock Attachment System and attaches to any MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny Rail using two slotted machine screws.
