Weatherby’s Sorix Full Size 12 Gauge Semi-Auto Shotgun is built on a field-proven inertia recoil system engineered for hunters of all experience levels. The shotgun accommodates both right- and left-handed shooters through Weatherby’s Shift System, which allows you to swap the charging handle and safety for a true left-handed configuration.
The receiver features an aggressive competition cut designed for faster reloading, with drilled and tapped 8-40 holes for mounting accessories. The oversized bolt release button (slammer button) and charging handle are positioned for quick operation. The stock incorporates textured touch points to maintain a secure, non-slip grip, while a soft cheekpiece provides comfort during extended shooting. Adjustable stock shims allow for fit customization.
The Sorix uses Weatherby’s Crio Plus choke system and ships with five interchangeable chokes—cylinder, improved cylinder, modified, improved modified, and full—along with a choke wrench and carrying case for convenient transport and storage.
