The J. Dewey ABS-4 is a 10-inch Adjustable Bore Saver Rod Guide designed for .338-.358 caliber rifles. Made from hard plastic, this bore guide replaces the bolt in your match rifle action while cleaning, allowing the cleaning rod to go straight into the bore without hammering the chamber or throat.
The guide features an anodized aluminum rod guide tube with a solvent port, an adjustable aluminum locking collar with a brass pin, and o-rings to seal the chamber and keep solvents and oils out of the receiver. The solvent port allows for adding your favorite cleaning chemicals, while the rod guide collar with threaded brass adjustment pin enables quick adjustment to any bolt length and chamber sealing o-rings eliminate solvents from coming back into the action, trigger group and magazine areas.
