Construction begins with certified 4150 Mil-Spec steel or 416-R Stainless, then each barrel undergoes rigorous testing at every production stage. The barrel receives a Nitride finish and passes final inspection before shipment. Every barrel is individually checked for headspace using precision custom hardened gauges.
