The Hi-Point 995TS is a 9mm semi-auto carbine built with an all-weather polymer skeletonized stock and internal recoil buffer. Multiple Weaver-style rails, a sling, swivels, and scope base come standard. Operation is straightforward with a quick on/off thumb safety, grip-mounted clip release, and last round lock open feature. Sights are fully adjustable, with a post front sight and peep rear sight.
This carbine features a 16.5″ barrel and measures 31″ in overall length. The 995TS includes a forward folding grip and a weapon-mounted flashlight. Finished in black with a black stock, it ships with a 10-round magazine (not compatible with C9).
