Magpul MBUS Front Sight Folding Backup Sight

The Magpul MBUS (Magpul Back-Up Sight) is a low-cost, polymer, color injection molded folding back-up sight finished in Stealth Gray. The MBUS Front Sight features elevation adjustment and fits most 1913 Picatinny-railed hand guards, with specific design tailoring for the AR15/M16 platform. The spring-loaded flip-up mechanism activates easily from either side or by pressing the top release. Protective wings guard the spring-locking A2 front sight post. The sight matches the height over bore of standard A2 sights. At a 14.5″ sight radius, adjustments are 1.6 MOA (1.886″/100m) per click; at 20.0″ sight radius, adjustments are 1.2 MOA (1.367″/100m) per click. Do not mount to a railed gas block due to excess heat issues. The front MBUS must be mounted to a railed fore end on the same plane as the receiver rail, and is therefore not compatible with MOE Hand Guards. Made in the USA.
