The Midwest Industries Alpha Series 10″ M-LOK Handguard in Olive Drab Green is designed to fit AK-47 and AK-74 stamped receiver variants. Constructed from lightweight yet durable hard anodized 6061 aluminum, this handguard weighs 11.4 oz and delivers a modern modular platform for today’s AK platform shooters. The drop-in two-piece design provides a full-length aluminum M-LOK surface at 3 and 9 o’clock for mounting grips, lights, and accessories.
The handguard features a 5-slot Picatinny rail on top for mounting optics and improved versatility, while a short aluminum Picatinny rail section is included at 6 o’clock. An integrated heat shield protects the shooter’s hand, allowing without discomfort. The handguard attaches securely with multiple contact points requiring no permanent modifications, making installation straightforward and reversible.
The Alpha Series allows for various configurations, including a full handguard, bottom handguard only and options for Alpha Series optic and top cover accessories, as well as railed gas tubes. Note: This will not fit Yugo/M70 or milled receivers.
