Weatherby 307 Alpine MDT Chassis 300 Winchester Magnum Bolt Action Rifle

The Alpine MDT Carbon represents Weatherby’s modern approach to precision rifle design, built around the Model 307 bolt action platform. The Model 307 action features 2-lugs and a fully cylindrical design, making it compatible with numerous aftermarket accessories and complementing Weatherby’s storied Mark V and Vanguard lineups. The rifle is mounted on MDT’s HNT26 Chassis System—their first purpose-built hunting rifle chassis—which delivers v-block bedding, adjustable length of pull, adjustable comb, and AICS magazine compatibility. At just 26oz, the chassis combines a magnesium alloy stock with carbon fiber construction on the forend, pistol grip, and buttstock. The forend incorporates an integral ARCA rail for tripod mounting and includes a foldable buttstock for convenient transport. A BSF carbon barrel provides exceptional accuracy, paired with Weatherby’s Accubrake DST (Directional Self-Timing Brake) and chambered in 300 Winchester Magnum for extended range capability.
